I use various techniques to promote self-discovery, reduce stress, and strengthen self-esteem. My mission is to support personal journeys, providing a safe and creative space for holistic well-being. I am ready to contribute to Argentina.

Theater Teacher: Awakening the Inner Scene
I am a theater teacher and am constantly learning, dedicated to fostering creativity, expression, and performance skills. I guide my students through improvisation, voice, and movement, fostering confidence and teamwork. My goal is for them to discover their potential, develop communication skills, and enjoy the art of acting here in Argentina.

Ana Elcarás is a singer, teacher, and show producer.
With extensive experience in folk and popular music in Río Negro, Argentina. With a degree in Music Therapy (incomplete) and training in singing and improvisation, she has participated in duos, ensembles, and musical projects, including tributes to Mercedes Sosa. Currently, she continues to train and teach workshops.

She teaches various crochet techniques, from basic to advanced projects, fostering patience, focus, and personal expression through yarn and thread. As a yoga instructor, she guides her students toward physical and mental balance through postures, breathing, and meditation. Her holistic approach seeks to nourish the body, mind, and spirit, offering a space for calm and creativity here in Argentina.
